Welcome to Myo! The terms “we,” “us,” and “our” refer to Myo, the operator of this website and store. By using our website and services, you agree to these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.

1. Access and Account

You must be at least the age of majority in your state or territory to use our services.

If you allow minors to guse the site, you are responsible for their use.

You may need to provide account details (email, payment, shipping info). You must ensure all information is accurate, current, and complete.

You are responsible for keeping your account secure. You may not transfer or sell your account.

2. Products and Representations

We aim to provide accurate descriptions and images, but actual product colors or appearance may differ due to device settings.

Product descriptions, availability, and pricing may change at any time. We may limit quantities or discontinue products at our discretion.

Pre-order items are not in stock at our store; we order them from our partnered brands after you place your order. Delivery may take approximately 2–4 weeks. If there is any delays, you will be notified.

3. Orders

Placing an order is an offer to purchase. We may accept or decline any order at our discretion.

Your order is only confirmed once we accept it and process payment. If a product is no longer available, we may cancel your order and issue a full refund.

Please review your order carefully before submitting; cancellations may not be possible once accepted.

Orders are for personal use only, not for commercial resale.

4. Pricing and Payment

Prices, discounts, and promotions are subject to change without notice.

Prices displayed at checkout are final. They exclude taxes, shipping, and handling unless otherwise stated.

You warrant that your payment details are correct and authorized for use.

5. Shipping and Delivery

Standard Delivery: 2–7 business days within Australia.

Express Delivery: 1–3 business days. Available at checkout.

Pre-order items take approximately 2–4 weeks.

All delivery times are estimates. We are not liable for delays caused by couriers, customs, or events outside our control.

Title and risk of loss pass to you once the product is with the courier.

6. Returns and Refunds

We comply with Australian Consumer Law.

If a product is faulty, you are entitled to a repair, replacement, or refund under Australian Consumer Law.

All online orders (including pre-orders) are final. We do not offer change-of-mind cancellations, refunds, or exchanges once an order is placed.

For in-store purchases, please inspect items carefully before completing payment, as returns are not accepted.

We may request proof of purchase and evidence when assessing any claim.

7. Intellectual Property

All content on the site (text, images, designs, logos) is owned by Myo or its licensors.

You may use content for personal, non-commercial purposes only. No reproduction, distribution, or modification is allowed without written consent.

Myo trademarks, logos, and slogans may not be used without permission.

8. Third-Party Links & Tools

Our site may include third-party links or tools. We do not control these and are not liable for content, accuracy, or any issues from their use.

Use of third-party tools is at your own risk.

9. Relationship with Shopify

Our store is powered by Shopify, but all sales are made directly with Myo.

Shopify is not responsible for your purchases, including product quality, delivery, or disputes.

10. Privacy

Your personal information is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy
 and Shopify’s Privacy Policy.

Information may be shared with Shopify or third-party service providers to facilitate orders and improve services.

11. Feedback

By providing feedback, you grant Myo a perpetual, worldwide, royalty-free license to use it for any purpose, including commercial use.

Feedback must not violate the rights of any third party.

12. Limitation of Liability

To the extent permitted by law, Myo is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services or products.

Australian Consumer Law rights cannot be excluded.

13. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify Myo, Shopify, and affiliates for any claims arising from your breach of these Terms or misuse of the Services.

14. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access at any time without notice.

Sections regarding intellectual property, liability, indemnification, governing law, and privacy survive termination.

15. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Australia.

You and Myo consent to the courts of that jurisdiction for any disputes.

16. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms at any time. Changes take effect once posted. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of changes.
