Processing Time

  • In-stock items are dispatched within 1–2 business days.

  • Pre-order items take approximately 2–4 weeks to arrive after your order is placed.

  • You will receive a confirmation email with tracking once your order has been shipped.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Times

  • Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and order size.

  • Standard Delivery: 2–7 business days within Australia.

  • Express Delivery: Available at checkout and takes 1–3 business days.

Pre-Order Items

  • Pre-order products mean the products are not currently in stock at our store and take an estimated 2–4 weeks to arrive.

  • If any unexpected delays occur, we will notify you via email.

Order Changes

  • Requests to change your address or order details must be made within 12 hours of purchase.

  • We cannot make changes once an order has been dispatched.

Lost or Delayed Parcels

  • Once your order is shipped, delivery is managed by the courier.

  • If your parcel is lost or delayed, contact us and we will help lodge an investigation with the courier.
